-
Our contracts typically range from six to twelve weeks, with the option to extend. Longer-term contracts may also be available under certain conditions. Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive, helpful attitude are key—when hospitals and facilities feel supported, they are more likely to request extensions or welcome you back in the future. Remember, first impressions matter, and your commitment to each contract goes a long way in building lasting professional relationships.
-
We offer stability and long-term commitment, which is why we provide you with the flexibility to choose how you wish to be compensated. Both employee and self-employed contract options have their advantages and considerations, and we respect your right to choose the option that best suits your needs. We will never pressure you into a decision you are not comfortable with; instead, we take the time to guide you through both options, clearly outlining the benefits and considerations so you can make an informed and confident decision.
-
Every situation is unique, and we require certain documents to move forward, including your résumé, employment application, background check, certifications, and identity verification. The sooner these documents are submitted, the faster we can present you for available contracts. Flexibility is key—the more open you are to different locations and contract types, the more opportunities will be available to you. Our team of experienced recruiters will guide you through every step of the process and support you throughout your journey.
-
We have a dedicated housing team that works diligently to meet your housing needs whenever possible. However, not all contracts or locations offer the same housing options. In many cases, hospitals and facilities provide housing or housing budgets for one person only.
If traveling with a partner or family is a requirement for you, flexibility is essential. You may need to consider locations that are able to accommodate this arrangement. Please note that additional costs may apply, as many homeowners or hosts offer single-occupancy housing, and you may be responsible for covering expenses for a second person.
