4. Environment: The unit must provide a quiet and peaceful environment suitable for shift workers who require rest at various hours.

Licensing: A formal short-term rental license is not required. This is because you are not renting to the general public, but exclusively to pre-screened medical professionals supporting our local hospitals.

Contract Terms: Placements are typically between 4 and 12 weeks, providing stable, medium-term occupancy. Rent is paid monthly, and we also collect a one-time cleaning fee and a refundable damage deposit to protect your property.

Our goal is to create a simple and secure process that connects you with reliable, long-term tenants.

While mid-term cancellations are uncommon, they can occasionally occur due to changing hospital staffing needs.

Our Process:
If a contract is altered or cancelled, our priority is to place a replacement medical professional in your property to honour the existing agreement.

If a Replacement Cannot Be Found:
Should we be unable to secure a replacement, we will proceed according to the cancellation terms outlined in your signed contract, which may include a cancellation fee.

Our goal is always to ensure minimal disruption and maintain the stability of your rental income.
